We know that quality XSLT/XSL-FO developers are tough to find. We can't be everywhere we are needed all the time. We have done the majority of our work out of our offices based in Boston. We can lead XSLT/XSL-FO development, play a complimentary role, as well as help train in house resources to take over once the project is complete.

Off-site teams require constant two-way communication so that projects don't fall into a black hole. We use two tools from Atlassian to ensure everyone can stay on top of things.

All of clients get access to JIRA. JIRA is an issue tracking and project management application that has been designed with a focus on task achievement. JIRA tracks all back and forth communication so that vital information about tasks does not get lost in end-less email threads and static documents. Some of our clients are so happy using JIRA that they have purchased a license and now use it to manage their own development.

Documentation is the key to the long term success of any consulting project. All of our clients also get access to Confluence, an enterprise wiki that helps Wrycan document and share knowledge. By committing all project notes, instructions, findings, etc to our knowledge base we can export a consolidated document for our clients at the end of a project.
